Our Purpose: Enabling Trusted Interoperability

TSCP LLC, a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Bridge and Trust List service provider, operates a federated trust model that spans three domains: the TSCP Bridge for U.S. Federal Trusted Transactions, the TSCP Aviation Bridge for International Aviation Trusted Transactions, and the TSCP AI Identity Registry for AI agents and services. Through cross-certification with the U.S. Federal PKI Bridge Certificate Authority (FBCA), adoption of the International Aviation Trust Framework (IATF) Aviation Common Certificate Policy (ACCP), and a governed AI Identity Registry, TSCP provides the technical and policy foundation for trusted interoperability across federal, aviation, and AI ecosystems. This federated model allows validated identities and certificates issued within the TSCP ecosystem to interoperate with those recognized by external bridges and trust frameworks, supporting strong authentication, encryption, digital signing, and lifecycle traceability for sensitive and safety-critical operations.

Under the oversight of TSCP’s Policy Management Authorities (PMAs) operating within a common Federated PMA framework, the TSCP Bridges and AI Identity Registry ensure policy equivalence, cross-certification integrity, and assurance mapping across federal, aviation, and AI trust ecosystems. This governance model preserves independent control for each participating CA or Trust Framework Instance while promoting a unified approach to identity validation, credential lifecycle management, AI-agent registration, and audit transparency through shared Trust Lists (TLs), Trust Interoperability Lists (TILs), and interoperability lab testing.

The mission of the TSCP federated trust services—Federal Bridge, Aviation Bridge, and AI Identity Registry—is to strengthen public-private and cross-border digital trust by delivering verifiable, audited, and secure certificate and identity validation services. By ensuring that every transaction and AI-driven action is cryptographically verifiable, policy-compliant, and interoperable across domains, TSCP advances national cybersecurity objectives, global aviation safety and modernization, and responsible AI adoption worldwide.
