TSCP–IATF Bridge (Aviation Line)

Trusted Governance for Global Aviation Digital Trust

What It Is

The TSCP–IATF Bridge establishes an ICAO-aligned trust framework for civil aviation by enabling interoperable certificate validation across aviation stakeholders and connected Trust Framework Instances (TFIs). It harmonizes assurance, policy, and cryptographic expectations so aviation identities and credentials can be trusted across borders and organizations without compromising national governance.

What It Provides

ICAO Doc. 10169 ACCP and ICAO Doc. 10204 MAIS aligned interoperability across aviation stakeholders and regional/national TFIs

Policy equivalence with ICAO Doc. 10169 ACCP to maintain consistent aviation assurance expectations

Cross‑certification integrity between participating aviation CAs and TFIs

Harmonized identity assurance (identity proofing + cryptographic controls + security practices)

Transparent and auditable trust operations supporting regulated aviation environments

Interoperability readiness for relying parties validating cross-border certificate paths

Operational resilience through consistent lifecycle and revocation practices

Customer Outcomes

  • You can buy, request, and deploy the right aviation certificates without being a PKI expert—because the portal guides you step‑by‑
  • When an auditor, partner, or regulator asks “How do we know this is valid?”, you can point to a seal that is click‑to‑
  • If you need proof (“receipts”), ATTESTED provides an evidence package behind membership/NDA, while public verification still works for third parties.

How It Works

  • Step 1: Join as a member (NDA + account provisioning) and select the Aviation Bridge scope (your State/ANSP/airport/airline/OEM domain).
  • Step 2: Define or confirm your Trust Framework Instance (TFI) governance and trust domain (roles, relying parties, certificate uses).
  • Step 3: Map your certificate policy and profiles to ICAO Doc. 10169 ACCP‑aligned requirements through TSCP governance.
  • Step 4: Establish cross‑recognition and publish assurance equivalence (what is trusted, under which rules).
  • Step 5: Publish trust artifacts (IATF Trust List / TL and Trust Interoperability List / TIL) for relying‑party validation.
  • Step 6: Validate interoperability in a controlled test environment before production use (interop lab).
  • Step 7: Issue certificates (self‑managed or managed service) and receive audit‑ready artifacts—optionally sealed as ASSURED or ATTESTED for click‑to‑verify sharing.

Membership & Working Groups (Included in Paid Membership)

Working groups are how the Bridge evolves without trust drift and how members close the last mile for their environment. Paid membership at Governance/TFI tiers includes defined seats (by tier) and access to outputs (drafts, decisions, published artifacts).

  • Technical Working Group: profiles, interoperability requirements, lab test suites, PQC readiness
  • Policy Working Group: operating rules, policy equivalence, assurance statements, change control
  • Legal Working Group: operating agreements, participation terms, NDA gating, reliance language

Governance & Assurance

The TSCP Aviation Bridge operates under a structured governance model to keep aviation trust consistent, auditable, and globally aligned—governed by the TSCP Aviation PMA (A‑PMA) and TSCP Federated PMA (FPMA), and aligned to ICAO trust requirements including ICAO Doc. 10169 ACCP and ICAO Doc. 10204 MAIS.

Trust Lists / Interoperability Lab

Trust anchors and assurance metadata are published in the IATF Trust List (TL) and Trust Interoperability List (TIL) so aviation relying parties can validate certificates and enable cross-border interoperability. An interoperability test lab supports TFI onboarding and pre-production validation before systems go live.

Where this fits in TSCP Federated Trust

TSCP operates three independent trust lines—Federal (FBCA), Aviation (ICAO ACCP / IATF), and AI Trust (AI Bridge)—coordinated under a common federated governance model. Each line maintains separate policy authority and assurance scope, while sharing common trust principles, consistent interoperability mechanisms, and Trust Seals for verification.

Get Started

  • Request membership and portal access (NDA + provisioning)
  • Schedule a TFI onboarding session (governance + profile alignment)
  • Submit an interoperability lab request (certs/scripts/configs) and receive sealed results
